The management board of "SAFE" CO LTD SP. Z O.O. registered in Gdansk, on the basis of art. 500 § 2 of Kodeks spółek handlowych, hereby informs that on the 9th of October 2020 the terms of merger of "SAFE" CO LTD SP. Z O.O. registered in Gdansk (acquiring company) and "ALKOR" SP. Z O.O. registered in Gdansk (acquired company), on the basis of art. 492 § 1 pkt 1 of Kodeks spółek handlowych, were agreed and accepted in the resolution of the management board of "SAFE" CO LTD SP. Z O.O. registered in Gdansk, by the acquisition of the whole property of the acquired company by "SAFE" CO LTD SP. Z O.O. registered in Gdansk (merger by acquisition) and hereby makes the aforementioned terms of merger available to the public.

We launched a vessel with the YN571830 building number. It’s the first from the series of three tugs for our Dutch customer – Damen Shipyard Hardinxveld.
Floating Docking Platform (PPD) is a multi-functional floating vessel dedicated to the wide range of customers: shipyards, offshore sector, hydrotechnical facilities contractors and seaports.
We signed two contracts with Damen Hardinxveld shipyard. We’ll build two vessels: Shoalbuster 2711 Ice and Multicat 3313. The delivery is planned for the middle of 2022.
We launched a vessel with YN571824 building number. It’s a first tug from the series of two tugs being built for the Dutch customer – Damen Hardinxveld.
On the 26th of May we launched the hull YN630, very similar to the Beam Trawler BT3808 vessel no. YN629 launched in April for Maaskant shipyard.

On the 19th of April we launched the Beam Trawler BT3808 hull with the number YN629 for the Maaskant shipyard.
A fully-equipped vessel built by Safe shipyard held sea trails. In May, it will be handed over to the client upon completion of the additional work. The NB001 is a fishing vessel built for a Norwegian customer – Granli Fiskeri AS.
The hull is being built for Damen Shipyards Hardinxveld. It’s another vessel in the series of tugs. The type is Shoalbuster 2711, building no YN571814.
Fishing Vessel with building no NB45 went to the Norwegian client - Stadyard Shipyard
We launched a hull built for Damen Shipyard Hardinxveld, type: MultiCat Vessel 3013, building number: YN571822.
We launched a fishing vessel NB45, building number YN45 for the Norwegian shipyard Stadyard. The hull type, built for the Norwegian client, is Purse/Danish Seiner SC45. The technical project was prepared and delivered by the Norwegian project office. The working documentation was prepared by Safe’s project office.
We launched a hull built for Damen Maaskant Shipyard, type: Utility Vessel 3911, building number: YN573109. The vessel is 39,4 m long and 10,8 m wide. The technical project was prepared and delivered by Damen Maaskant Shipyard.
We laid the keels for two vessels: YN629 and 630. Ships will be 37,95 m long and 8,5m wide each. Hulls are being built for Damen Maaskant shipyard. Both vessels are of type Beam Trawler BT3898 DD, with building number YN629 and YN630. The technical documentation was developed and delivered by Damen shipyard. The working documentation is prepared by Safe's project office.
The 380t hull was launched from the pontoon with the help of two floating cranes: Maja and Conrad Consul. It’s a versatile Shoalbuuster vessel. It’s 35m long and 14 width, the draught is 2,7m. The hull is going to be equipped in DAMEN Shipyard in the Netherlands.
We launched a new fishing vessel NB001 using Alkor’s dock. The vessel is 28m long and 10m wide. It’s well adapted to fishing through bottom trawls. The ship that will be christened MS Slettenberg was built for the Norwegian company Granli Fiskeri AS.
We launched next Multicat 2712 hull - building no YN571815, for Dutch shipyard Damen Shipyards Hardinxveld. It’s a multifunctional vessel identical to several vessels built in recent years by Safe.
On the 12th of December we signed a contract for building three BT 3808 fishing vessels with the following building numbers: YN629, YN630 and YN631. Vessels will be 37,95 meters long. The first hull delivery is scheduled for May 2020. Next ones will be delivered in June 2021.
We launched a new Shoalbuster 3209 tug with building no YN 571810 for Damen Shipyard Hardinxveld.
YN628 is the next, third vessel for Ekofish group. The vessel is 32m long and 9,6 width.
Safe shipyard signed with Dutch Damen Hardinxveld shipyard three contracts for highly equipped hulls.
The keel laying ceremony took place on the 16th of April. We started building a next fishing vessel for a Norwegian shipowner – Granli Fiskeri AS. The vessel will be 28m long and 10m width. At the ceremony, we hosted shipowner and project office representatives. The vessel will be launched as a fully equipped ship in the summer of 2020.
A trawler with YN626 construction number is 32m long and 9,6m width. The vessel is being built under Bureau Veritas certification agency supervision. The was ordered by Damen Maaskant Shipyards Stellendam shipyard for a Dutch fishing company Ekofish Group.
On the 30th of April 2019 we launched a modern, partially equipped twin-rigger fishing trawler. The vessel developed for Famen Maaskant Shipyards Stellendam will be named Spes Nova. It will be transferred to the shipowner, Dutch fishing company in October 2019.
On the 3rd of April 2019 we launched another vessel - partially equipped hull was built to order of Damen Shipyards Hardinxveld from the Netherlands.
The hull is 49,7 m long and 11 m width. It will be used for fresh fish transportation and as a floating processing plant after the final equip in Norway.
A prototype unit, working documentation and model was delivered entirely by SAFE construction office. The hull will be delivered to Damen Hadixveld Shipyard for the final equip.
The ship is 39,70 m length and 9,80 m width. The vessel will be equipped with 6 chilled water tanks for transporting fish. Total capacity of tanks is around 425 m3.
Launching of the hull of multifunctional Multicat 2712 YN571731 vessel for Damen group took place on 25th of January 2018.
Fregate has been launched! Launching a partially equipped tug made by the Gdansk Safe shipyard took place on Tuesday. The unit is made to order at Damen Shipyards Hardinxveld. According to Damen, it is considered the first of its kind in the world.
On 06th of October 2017 there was a launching of NB60 vessel. It's seiner built for the Larsnes Mekaniske Verksted AS.
On 27th of July there was a next launching by the floating crane Maja. This time we launched new version of ASD TUG 2310 YN571765.
Rotor Tug ART 80-32 YN 571739. Launched on 14.09.2016 in the floating dock of Nauta Shipyard in Gdynia, Poland, started her service on 09th of February 2017. This tug has 80 tons of bollard pull and is equipped with 3 propulsion sets (Schottel rotor drives and Caterpillar engines each one with 1765 kW. This tug is third of this type vessel built in Poland. Safe Shipyard with the help of Damen Shipyard Hardinxveld built the unit in turn-key state.
On 13th of December there was a next launching by the floating crane Maja. This time we launched new version of Shoalbuster 3512 YN 571764. On 17th of December we started towing the hull to the Damen Hardinxveld.
On 26 th of September 2017 there was a launching of a next unit for Damen Shipyards Hardinxveld. It was a hull of RSV 3315 YN 571735. The hullt weights almost 400 tones. For that reason it was neccesary to use pontoon and the floating dock of Alkor for the purpose of launching. The operation lasted 2 days.
On 25th of March there was a next launching by the floating crane Maja. This time we launched new version of Shoalbuster 2712 YN 571737. On 6th of April we started towing the hull to the Damen Hardinxveld.
