The shipyard has operated in the marine market since 2003 and it has its seat in Gdańsk in the area of former Gdańsk Shipyard. The shipyard Safe has executed over 80 different projects, i.e.: hulls of tug boats and push boats, fishing vessels, blocks of vessel hulls etc.
We have realized anticorrosion protection since our establishment. We engage experienced employees with high qualifications. We dispose also the equipment, which enables us to realize anticorrosion protection continuously, irrespective of the weather.
Foreign departments besides Anti-corrosive department if one of the first activities of the Safe Shipyard. This division has as a main purpose supporting of the clients from the french market with the qualified team of workers.

The management board of "SAFE" CO LTD SP. Z O.O. registered in Gdansk, on the basis of art. 500 § 2 of Kodeks spółek handlowych, hereby informs that on the 9th of October 2020 the terms of merger of "SAFE" CO LTD SP. Z O.O. registered in Gdansk (acquiring company) and "ALKOR" SP. Z O.O. registered in Gdansk (acquired company), on the basis of art. 492 § 1 pkt 1 of Kodeks spółek handlowych, were agreed and accepted in the resolution of the management board of "SAFE" CO LTD SP. Z O.O. registered in Gdansk, by the acquisition of the whole property of the acquired company by "SAFE" CO LTD SP. Z O.O. registered in Gdansk (merger by acquisition) and hereby makes the aforementioned terms of merger available to the public.
